Need help replacing or swapping out a shore hardness bushing for your Torque Solution or NYPPD motor mount? I managed it successfully and will soon post a video on my YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/vampyrex13) showing the process. Important Notes --------------------- • I've only tested this with the 2011-2016 Scion tC motor mount. I created the 2005-2010 model from measurements sent to me by a 1st gen tC owner who generously shared their data. • You can purchase liquid urethane at https://www.suspension.com/diymmi. When getting the 80A hardness, select the high-performance variation since these mounts sit close to the manifold / header. • You'll want to print with PETG if you wish to bake the mold in the oven at 150°F as PETG has a glass transition temperature of 175-185°F. • Leave the 3D printed supports in place until after the liquid urethane has cured completely. • Spray the inside of the mold with liquid urethane compatible mold release and make sure your surface is level before mixing the liquid urethane to pour it in. • Use a separate thermometer when baking to ensure the oven is actually at 150°F and that it holds that temperature stable as you need to bake the bushings for 18 hours to cure them completely.
