I lost one of the washers in my Spec D Headlight when I was replacing the bulb and they can't be bought separately so I thought, hey, why not laser cut it out of acrylic? So I took measurements on the ones that I had so that I could cut as many of these as I wanted to in case I lose more. They are technically 3d printable but the bulbs get really hot so I would try not to do that. 1/8" Acrylic has worked great so far. TBH I doubt anyone is looking for these files but I thought I'd make them public.
