Low-poly SciFi buildings, animated and modular, are perfect for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games, and other real-time applications. These buildings offer numerous combination possibilities and can also be used in filmmaking, student projects, animation, and other real-time apps. Compatible with all platforms, including consoles, PCs, and mobiles, the models are originally created in 8K resolution (8192 x 8192) and look great even when downscaled to 2K or 1K. The buildings utilize a single material and come with PBR adjustments, as well as classic texture map setup in TGA format (Diffuse, Emissive, Normals, Specular, Roughness, and one Alfa-Specular for Unity). Some building segments even have an animated loop. You can use the models as is or disassemble them to create a unique facility using their parts. The original scene is in 3D Max 2018, but a 2015 version is also provided, along with tools and five default building examples. Additionally, the set comes in OBJ, 3DS, and FBX formats.
