This package offers over 440 assets to create a scientific laboratory level in your project. Note that it is designed specifically for Unreal Engine 4 and not compatible with 3D software packages. Included within the pack are a fully prepared demo level, ventilation kits, office props, an assortment of chemical containers, blueprints for wiring, dirt-applied base materials via vertex paint, smoke particle effects, and water particles. The assets include 448 meshes, 217 textures with various sizes ranging from 8x8 to 4096x4096, and a wide range of triangles (min: 4, max: 113180). Collision is automatically generated for each mesh, and LODs are also automatically set for varying levels of detail (2-3 LOD options available).
