*****NOT FINALIZED YET. Clearances may be off. I will be taking photos once it's done printing***** Sci Grip's Methacrylate glue (MMA) is in my opinion a very underrated glue for the 3d printing community. It's never mentioned on 3d printing groups, but it's a VERY strong glue that requires little to no surface prep, and even bonds plastic to metal. However, their larger glues (50ml and up) require a caulking gun ($50+). So I figured, why not just design a hand syringe and print it? These are designed to be printed as-is, no supports needed. IMPORTANT: Make sure your hole compensation is calibrated on Cura prior to slicing. Assembly instructions: Slide "Rod Guide.stl" onto the body of the glue, then place two "Push Rod.stl" inside of the rod guide with the hole side facing UP. Since the pistons of the epoxy are not exactly leveled when you receive them, "Top Cap.stl" is designed to allow you to compensate for the difference. Using superglue/JBweld/solvent glue/MMA glue, apply a generous amount to the 2 top cap "rods". Then insert those into the two push rods. While pointing the front nozzle side of the glue in the DOWN position, push the top cap into the push rods until it's level with the higher rod (Higher of the 2). Then allow the glue to set and fully cure. This will compensate for the difference in initial height of the glue pistons. Wear a respirator and gloves when working with this glue.
