SCI fully adjustable Drill Bit Grinding Tool

With this versatile tool, you can precisely grind your drills at various angles to suit your needs. Additional features are in development, such as a specialized chuck for grinding tungsten electrodes or a sinker attachment, which will be released shortly. This tool allows you to easily adjust the angle and swing it back to secure the chuck. You can also quickly move and tighten the chuck again. This jig required around 250 hours of CAD work, and I couldn't find any similar products that offer this level of customization. With this tool, you'll never be limited by stubborn drills when working on a project. I've successfully tested it with drills up to 16mm in diameter; using an 18mm drill is also possible, but please wear safety goggles at all times. To quickly see the tool's features, watch this video: https://youtu.be/D4tG2SH1MwA All parts were printed using my Anycubic I3 Mega 3D printer with a heated bed and support material. The settings used were 0.16mm layer thickness and 0.4mm nozzle size, with at least 60% infill. You'll also need the following components: * M8 threaded rods and screws * M4 threaded rods and Nyloc nuts * An 8mm rod * A 20mm rod (you'll need to measure your required height) * 4mm and 5mm screws and Nyloc nuts for mounting * Screws to attach the lower part to a piece of wood * One bearing measuring 17mm x 47mm x 14mm * Two bearings, LM8UU or similar size * Four small springs with an outer diameter of approximately 5.5mm and an inner diameter of about 4.5mm * Tools for grinding details to ensure a smooth fit * An M6 thread cutter * Some sheet metal at least 2mm thick * A protractor to adjust the jig for optimal performance Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance with assembly or have questions.
