I'm thrilled with the AdamDC model, its sleek look and minimalist design really caught my eye. Printing it out is a breeze, and assembly is equally effortless. However, the STL file for the top part had some issues - it wasn't manifold, which caused some weird printing problems. Take a look at this blue model photo as an example of what I'm talking about - that wedge cutout from the top door is quite noticeable. To fix it, I imported the STL into Sketchup and made it manifold, then tweaked the "latch" on the door where the wedge was and cleaned up a few gap issues in the manifold. Finally, I added some depth to the main commander's hatch as it just seemed too flat and low in its original form.
