This is a game-ready PBR Sci-Fi Door I've crafted. The door has been divided into two distinct sections for seamless animation in your preferred game engine. The animation you see on Sketchfab is just an example, but it gives you a sense of the possibilities. Two materials are included: one for the door's texture and another for the window. The door model is classified as Mid-Poly, indicating that it has a higher polygon count than a low-poly model. The textures were designed with PBR in mind and will work optimally in game engines that utilize this technology, such as Unreal. To get started, download the additional files and you'll find they're well-organized and easy to import into your chosen game engine.
