I've been out of commission for a bit, so I decided to give creating a character another shot. The outcome isn't perfect - the mesh could be more refined - but I really enjoyed how the glow effect turned out and tried to weave it in where possible. There's still room for improvement: UV-mapping and texturing, along with rigging, are on my to-do list for later.
