Sci-Fi Building / Tower - Original Design This design is entirely original and features no third-party IP. As seen in the preview images, you can use this model to kitbash and create even more variations. The model is not intended for subdivision. Its dimensions are approximately 4800 cm x 4000 cm x 12000 cm (160 ft x 130 ft x 400 ft) when built to real-world scale. The model uses a scale of 1 unit = 1 centimeter. Scene objects are organized by layers and groups, making it easy to customize the layout as needed. Using the provided Substance Painter file, you can easily change texts, signs, and other details. The UVW unwrap is clean and efficient, allowing for complete customization without losing any texturing details. Everything in Substance painter is done in 3D view, so you can completely change the UVWs layout without affecting the texturing details. This model uses only one texture set (1 UVW) with PBR as well as Spc/Gloss Texture sets included. The Substance Painter file (.spp), along with low and high poly meshes, are also included. All preview rendered images are included in HD transparent PNG format, unless otherwise specified. Most of the preview images were rendered using 3DsMax 2015 - Vray3.5. The model is available in two resolutions: 8192 x 8192 (16-bit PNG) and 4096 x 4096 (8-bit PNG).
