Schumacher Cougar 2000/Fireblade Front Bulkhead

Front bulkhead for the Schumacher Cougar 2000 (U1451Q). This is pretty close to the original - with the exception of some slight tweaks around the hinge mounts (left material in place that was removed on the original). This is designed for use with M3 machine screws so if you want to use the original kit self-tapping No. 4 screws, you may want to reduce the overall mounting hole size slightly (~2.6 mm). Otherwise, tap the mounting holes with a M3 tap and ream the hinge pin area with a 1/8" drill bit. You may need to lightly file the interlocking kick plate flat area to get the thickness matching, but not very much as you want a nice snug fit. Similarly, you may need to file the hinge area slightly. UPDATE: I modified the bulkhead slightly for better fit after printing (the kick plate area has been revised slightly to reduce thickness but increase support (more closely matching some of the original parts draft features). I have fit arms/shock tower brace to the bulkhead and made some slightly tweaks as a result (0.2 mm shift). I still have not yet properly fit this up with top decks/standoffs in place on the chassis. Measurements would indicate that it should fit appropriately.
