I Designed a Wheel Tire to Replace Old Rubber on a Schuco Grand Prix Racer Tin Toy Car. To replace the worn-out rubber on my vintage Schuco Grand Prix Racer tin toy car, I designed and printed a new wheel tire. This project was made possible by utilizing online design software from Onshape.com. Designing the Wheel and Tire I used Onshape's collaborative platform to create a digital model of the wheel and tire. With precise measurements and detailed designs, I was able to accurately replicate the original components. Printing the Wheel and Tire Next, I sent my digital designs to my Prusa i3 Mk2 3D printer for production. Using TPU material from Ninjatek's Cheetah line, I ensured that the printed parts would be strong, flexible, and durable.
