This 3D model began as a Sketchup 8 creation before being converted into all other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene uses 3ds Max 2016 and Vray 3.00 for rendering. On March 21, 1889, the very first school in Boca Sierra made its debut. A decade later, in 1921, master builder Rafael Barros spearheaded a campaign to build an impressive new structure that has stood as the current main building ever since. Constructed by Cia Argentina Portland Cement and donated generously to the Provincial Government. Fast forward to April 25th of the same year when a parent teacher association came into being. These dedicated individuals lavished the building with state-of-the-art amenities such as central heating and a majestic flag mast, truly transforming the school into a modern marvel. Years went by, but on August 3rd, 1964, a major milestone was reached with the grand unveiling of the Remedios Escalada de San Martin bust. What made this school stand out, however, was its remarkable size - boasting an impressive enrollment of 500 students - as well as its role as the heartbeat of community life. The notable formation of the Association Friends of the School Safety marks a proud moment in its history, especially since it pioneered the establishment of institutions of that kind throughout Latin America. The conception of this exact model was initiated by friend VISION3D's Carlos Poggi. In addition to extending me an honorific invitation to contribute my skills to this ambitious project, Carlos generously supplied us with a foundational base model as well as captivating photographs capturing the very essence of the structure.
