School Hat Brim - Go / No Go
thingiverse
Sun Smart guidelines state that broad brim hats should have a 75mm brim, while bucket hats require a 60mm brim. For easy assessment, schools and day care centres can use a go / no go measure with marked dimensions and lanyard attachment holes. I printed this useful tool using a 200 micron ReplicatorG profile from Thingiverse (thingiverse.com/thing:39050), featuring 20% infill, 0.2mm layer height, one shell, feedrate of 80 mm/s, and travel feedrate of 150 mm/s.
