The included building structure is comprised of applied textures, along with plants, lights, and colour paints. Excluded from the package are cars and Photoshop textures. The creation was carried out using 3DS Max 2014, which was saved in version 2011 format. Additionally, a V-Ray 3.6 plugin was utilized for this project.
