Ich glaube fast, jeder kennt die Situation, man möchte ein Teil in einen Schraubstock einspannen und ohne dass man den Abdruck von den Schraubstockbacken nachher auf dem Werkstück hat... Ein Paar Schonbacken für den Schraubstock wären wirklich gut. Ein Paar Schutzbacken für euren Schraubstock könnt Ihr mit meinem Design selber drucken. Die "Kerbe" in Längs- und Vertikalrichtung (genannt Prisma) ist dafür da, besser runde Werkstücke einzuspannen. Ich habe das Design meiner Freundin Andrea für ein paar Schonbacken etwas abgewandelt. Nun könnt Ihr diese mit Magneten, an Eurem Schraubstock befestigen. Ich habe einfach ein Magnetband (Masse b= 20 mm und h= 1,8 mm) aus einem alten Schaltschrank dafür verwandt. Natürlich könnt Ihr gerne auch ein Magnetband von der Rolle oder Magnetfolie verwenden. Ihr könnt gerne mein Design nach Euren Bedürfnissen anpassen - dafür die FreeCAD Datei da. Länge der Schonbacken ist: 10 cm!
