Hello, I'm sharing a Quick Coupler specifically designed for my Tron+ mill with a Kress milling motor. The couplers fit precisely under the Z-axis and under the clamping screw. The knurled nut is adjustable for varying thickness plates to be clamped securely. I've used this setup to mill Balsa wood and plywood from 0.5mm - about 6mm thick, so these should suffice. To complete the assembly, an M4x30 screw and an M4 nut are required as additional components. The screw has been directly screwed into the plastic without first cutting a thread, and it's held up so far. The shafts come in two versions: - round for upright printing - split for horizontal printing I printed the split ones because I think they're more durable. As always, there's also a FreeCAD file included.
