OVERVIEW S100 E-boats class were German fast attack craft (Schnellboot in German) built for the Kriegsmarine during World War Two. British naval experts designated these enemy vessels as among the best performing in their category. Initially, they were called Unterseebot Zerstörer, Anti-Submarine Motorboats, or Armored Motorboats because of their significant anti-submarine mission. Later, the Imperial German Navy adopted the Luftschiffmotorenboot designation, meaning boat with airship engine, and thus from November 1917 the units became LM-Boote. However, despite the adoption of this new designation, use of these vessels in the Baltic Sea and North Sea was unsuccessful. 3D MODEL GENERAL INFO The model is a digital reproduction created based on original blueprints, photos, and historical documentation with attention to precise detail and accurate real-world measurements.
