We utilize numerous Schmidt Kupplung Control Flex couplings at our workplace, and this design was primarily created as an exercise in three-dimensional modeling. It prints flawlessly and fits snugly into the metal halves of the couplings without any issues. However, I have yet to use one in a production setting due to the fact that the line these go on is a multi-million-pound corrugator, and if it caused problems, I'd face some major scrutiny... Still, it's here for anyone who wants to give it a try. These couplings are specifically sized for CPS 15.1 Control Flex models.
