I'd be happy to receive feedback, too, and help resolve any issues you may encounter, or provide suggestions for simplifying and making the design easier to print. Please see Thing Files in English: https://www.thingiverse.com/download:8825918 Update 04/05/2020: The arm hole for the sling has been increased by 0.4mm, and a 0.4mm larger housing has been uploaded. Modified Arm to get 0.4mm more clearance between Arm and Sling. Second, 0.4mm bigger "Housing" I've always wanted to build a catapult after the model of a trebuchet, so why not for our marble run? After initial tests, it became clear that in order to simplify things and meet the space requirements, we would have to do without the movable weight, and instead use a fixed arm in the form of a "shovel" as the sling. This catapult came out, which throws the ball in a pretty high arc.

The catapult can throw the ball over 2 fields at a distance.

In height, the ball reaches 8-9cm, with the swing reaching up to 10cm.

Here are three videos showing both functions: On Distance, In Height, and Marble Run with 3 Catapults As a weight, we use 2 M8x20 screws and 6 nuts, which also serve to hold the catapult arm together. On my printer, the holes are about 0.4mm too small, and the outer dimensions are about 0.2mm too large. Therefore, I have removed these tolerances at the relevant places in the models.
Recommended Approach when Printing:

Print the "Klebehilfe_Saeule" (adhesive aid column) and "Grundplatte_Test" (base plate test). The diameters in the adhesive aid are different, and should be between 5mm and a bit more. (see drawing)

Print the columns in two halves. Now you can use the adhesive aid to fix the column halves, and with the base plate test to check for playability. Otherwise, please file down the columns.

Print the "Arm" (with support structure at the tip) without gluing the two halves together. With the columns, check for playability, or else you'll need to file them down.

Print the "Sling" (with support structure), and check for playability with the arm. Then glue the sling together.

Print the trigger, base plate, and Ring_Schleuder. The trigger must also run lightly.

Print the housing

Assembly:

Assemble the sling with the two arm halves together. Turn one nut completely onto each screw. With the screws and the remaining 4 nuts, screw the arm together. (see second picture)

Insert the columns into the mounted arm and into the base plate.

Insert the trigger into the base plate.

Slide the two housing parts onto the nuts, and if necessary secure with a rubber band.

The most difficult part is yet to come. During printing, the tip of the sling and the retaining lug of the trigger will not be "sharp" enough. Please file down the sling and trigger as shown in the last two pictures. The catapult must not be too easy or too hard to release. Note that the tip of the sling is also necessary to securely capture the ball.
