You Need an additional 4mm diameter steel wheel 60 mm long and 2 M6 x 30 mm hex nut screws and 2 wing nuts. To begin, remove the two screws from below in the BASIC Block. Using the two wing nuts, you can tighten the screws into place. These will usually stay there. Next, hold the spindle roller into the lower opening. Insert a metal axle (brass, aluminum, or steel) with a diameter of 4mm and a length of 60 mm sideways. Now, clamp the tool between the BASIC body and block, ensuring that the tool or blade strikes it from the side. Only when the tool is parallel to the spindle axis will you receive a 90-degree angle on the blade. Updated!!! Version 2 has a bar and angles for easy setup of the angle. The dimensions are now 50mm wide. In Version 2, I made the roller out of steel, but printing with more than 60% filament is also okay. It works really perfectly. Printing time is around three hours (0.6 mm layer height, 0.3 mm per level, 65% fill). You Need: 1 wheel, 1 Basic wheel, 1 pressure block, 2 screws, 2 nuts. Costs are around 3-4 Euros. I also added the IGES so you can modify the entire project. Michael
