Schiit Under Desk Mount

This is how you can attach your Schiit Magni / Modi to the underside of your desk or table. The Schiit stack is visually appealing, but having my headphone cord lying across my desk and getting in the way was frustrating. By placing it under the edge of my desk, I was able to keep my workspace clutter-free while still having easy access to the volume control or being able to switch to using speakers. This design uses the factory screw locations on top for the case and leaves a 5mm gap for ventilation. It comes with three top mounting screws and a cross support to help stabilize it from wobbling. Earlier, more minimalist designs made it too easy for it to rock when mounted. To attach it, use #4-40 3/8in screws to mount to the Schiit unit. I used #8 5/8in screws to attach it to my desk.
