Scherrzither (German kind of a Drone Zither)

This is a CNC project. I've been playing the Scherrzither for a few years and I wanted to build one by myself. So, I searched the web, wondering if there were already published building instructions by someone. Nope... no instructions... even no models! So, I made my own design in FreeCAD. At present, I have made a "dirty-hack" version to check if my CAD-version of the Scherrzither is working in real life. So far, it looks good! The fretboard is accurate so far, but I'm searching for a better alternative for the frets. I used 1mm iron sheet from a PC housing, but it's too sharp-edged.
