My friend asked me to create a replacement throat plate for her Scheppach Prima HBS 32 Vario band saw, as the original had suffered damage over time due to frequent use. I designed and printed the new part to ensure its durability. The insert in the pictures appears slightly offset, which is unusual because my friend's machine blade doesn't seem to be centered properly for some reason. However, the shared model is a symmetrical version of the throat plate. This project was completed using Colorfabb's nGen filament.
