This is the schematic for a Marlin-compatible panel, codenamed "NEWPANEL," featuring a pushable encoder with 20 rotational clicks. Ideal for Ultimaker printers, it may soon be available via the Ultimaker Online Store. However, the current board file isn't suitable for non-Ultimaker models due to different interconnection requirements. A video showcasing the panel in a laser-cut enclosure can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTuq1QIE9TE. The panel utilizes the following components: HRS 163 reverse Type SD Card, alps encoder EC11E15244B2, a 4050 level shifter (74HC4050D), a 20x4 LCD with backlight, and R_LED depending on the LCD's built-in resistor. You'll need GPIO pins for the encoder (3), LCD (6), Piezo (1), and SD card (5 - fixed pins: MOSI, MISO, SS, SCK; free pin: card detect). The required voltages are 3.3V (low current), 5V (high current for backlight), and GND. It is likely to work on most Arduino Mega-based RepRap PCBs.
