I printed this off to fix a small crack in a section of 2" PVC drain piping. It clicks onto the pipe. You'll need to smear some PVC solvent cement on the mating surface. I used PLA plastic. If you print this with ABS, use transition cement for better grip. Nothing complicated but it works fine.
