After much effort, I successfully designed the SCHAEFFLER-patented planetary lightweight differential. My design innovates by utilizing profile shifting to push sun gears together in opposite tooth geometries, resulting in an incredibly compact structure suitable for modern gearboxes, such as those in electric vehicles.
