Scent-terrific Smart Candle
thingiverse
These are the components needed to assemble a prototype of the Scent-terrific Smart Candle. Instructions for building the electronics can be found at https://www.hackster.io/darian-johnson/scent-terrific-smart-candle-system-d8c68a. Some points to note: I uploaded the candle holder as is, with my last name engraved on the side. The Fusion 360 files are available for editing if you prefer. Alternatively, you can extrude the text by 1MM to remove the wording. The print resolution used was 200 microns, which gives it a wood-like appearance. Before staining, sanding is required - use 180-grit sandpaper. A polyurethane stain (like Minwax PolyShades) should be used. I find it produces better results than regular stain. Bombay Mahogany was the color I chose, but any other color will work as well.
