A fully detailed 3D exterior scene is ready for rendering in 3ds Max 2011, equipped with V-ray 2.0. Simply place your building model in the scene and hit render. Included are three camera setups and complete lighting. PSD files are also provided for post-production editing. All renders showcased have been edited post-production. The scene allows you to use original models from it in other projects, unlike V-ray proxies. Note that Xref objects are utilized in the scene; learn about them in these two tutorials. For 3ds Max 2016/2017 users, be aware of potential xref object issues and use the vrayproxy scene version if problems arise. Minimum system requirements include a Quad Core PC with 16GB RAM and a 64-bit operating system. File formats are .max and .psd, while required software includes 3ds Max 2011 or higher and V-Ray for 3ds Max 2.0 or higher with textures and shaders.
