As I need to safeguard my garden, I need a scarecrow. The two key points to make an effective one are - bright pieces that look like eyes: I decide to use random pieces of glass mainly from broken bottles, - movement: the base is a 2D design warped in the 3rd dimension. The first test showed that the basic warped shape makes the scarecrow move easily with even a very slight breeze. But the initial holders for the eyes were completely unsatisfactory; they have been reworked in version "B" and "C". In this revised version, eyes must be placed during printing, so you have to stop the print job after reaching the top of the eyes and restart after inserting them. Version "C" adds noses on both sides. You can use some fishing line to attach it, for example to a clothespin.
