Was inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1241491. Sorry, my English is a work in progress. Isn't it true that "Grad only in cad finished 98%" A few things still come to mind. A tooth from the printed GT2 wheel measures 128; this could be translated into an 8:1 ratio using a 16-tooth pulley. With additional reinforcements at the arm and Z axis, we're off to a great start. The arms have hole spacing of 150mm and 160mm. All bearings are 688 ZZ / 8x16x5 mm, while Lm8uu long is 45mm. A holder for an aluminum groove profile (20x20) with a 5mm nut completes the picture. I use standard pulley settings in my printer's firmware. To ensure everything fits perfectly, I make all holes slightly larger - 8mm holes are now 8.1mm, while 15mm holes measure 15.25mm. If someone else discovers a fault, please don't hesitate to speak up! Update: 13.07 - Printing has reached 70% completion. Tonight, the rest should be finished. I've never printed anything this large before; it's exhilarating! I assembled the arm first to admire its sleek design. 14.07 Update: In my front arm, I encountered two issues. The toothed belt pulley is not properly seated due to the clamped belt. To solve this problem, I glued a toothbrush in place - we'll see how long it lasts. Unfortunately, the toothed belt only spans 90 degrees on both sides. After some research, I found an inspirational solution at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1522234 and created a Belt Connector. Installing the first toothed belt on the large pulleys proved to be quite a challenge; it's a tight fit. With my Viacad by my side (which I always use while caching), I noticed that "something had to be made again 300x" - thankfully, not too often!
