Scanline Procedural Marble
3docean
Collection of materials for Scanline render preparation is underway. All materials within this collection are crafted using procedural maps exclusively, ensuring seamless integration with the system. Real-world scale is applied to all materials, allowing for precise control over their properties. System Unit Scale is set to millimeters, providing a high degree of accuracy in measurements. In Tiles Setup, Horiz.Count and Vert.Count values are linked via Controller Linear Float, streamlining the process of creating complex textures. Texture dimensions are optimized at 2000mm x 2000mm, enabling efficient rendering and minimizing distortion. For optimal display in Material Editor, it is recommended to enable Use Real-World Map Size for Geometry Samples under Options, and set Render Sample Size to 100mm and Default Texture Size to 100mm. Additionally, utilizing the 'Use Real-World Scale' UVW Map modifier is highly advisable. These settings have been thoroughly tested in 3D MAX 2009 and above, as well as Scanline, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
