Scania. There's a script available to transform tris into quads, exclusive to this model or applicable to any model as a gift. Additionally, there's a script for retopology models using instant meshes bridge and instant meshes. To run the script, navigate to Instant Meshes Bridge in 3ds Max. Without leaving the interface, it exports, remeshes, and imports the remeshed object based on parameters set within the dialog box. Installation: The script can be accessed from any location by running Maxscript -> Run Script. If you'd like to add it to your toolbar, menu, or quadmenu, create a macroscript using Macroscript Creator. Upon initial execution, the script will request the location of your Instant Meshes executable. This prompt only occurs once unless you reinstall Max or remove the executable from the path.
