Scan Gudea Statue - Lagash - Mesopotamia

This Gudea Statue model is remarkably similar to others available on Sketchfab, yet in this particular version I significantly enhanced the resolution of the final textures and refined them using a suite of advanced programs to remove noise and add depth. Gudea was the ruler of the state of Lagash in Southern Mesopotamia who reigned from approximately 2144–2124 BC. It is likely that he did not originate from the city itself, but rather gained access to the royal house of Lagash through his marriage to Ninalla, daughter of Ur-Baba (2164–2144 BC), the ruler of Lagash. Upon Gudea's death, he was succeeded by his son, Ur-Ningirsu.
