For addressing a specific issue on Diametric's mini quadcopter arms, featuring scallops and motor mount holes at the ends, you can print an approximation of the arm ends without having to assemble the entire minicopter frame. The part measures 20mm in X & Y outer dimensions, has 4mm thickness, 5mm and 3mm holes, and 7mm radius scallops. To ensure proper capping and filling, start by printing it with two perimeters (shells) and 10% infill, adjusting settings as needed.
