This is yet another model I will be publishing here on Thingiverse that I've designed for 00 scale (4mm to the foot, 1:76.2) model railways, which can also be used for HO scale, but is mostly British themed with possibilities for use elsewhere as well. I present a water tower based on British design. Every component of this print is printable; however, the brickwork is made by casting plaster using the Linka mould system, available at http://www.linkaonline.co.uk/store/c3/Linka_Products.html where you'll also notice other components designed for publishing on Thingiverse are offered as moulds for casting in plaster. Printer Settings: * Printer: * No raft necessary * Supports unnecessary * Resolution: between 0.1 and 0.2 mm. Important Notes: This tank's biggest sections require a nozzle of at least 0.4mm to print accurately. While I primarily use a 0.2mm nozzle for most prints, you may choose either option, although keep in mind the difference may appear negligible with bigger nozzles used for less detailed components like door and window parts which really benefit from using the smaller nozzle or the detail might be affected in the final product.
