Today we're offering something extraordinary for Linka users - a printed mold for crafting double-sided brick tiles that can be seen from both sides. The mold features a 2-degree draft angle to facilitate easy removal of the plaster component. To create the plaster, I mix it into a paste-like consistency and fill both halves of the mold before clamping them together and administering several gentle taps on the workbench to ensure even flow. If you're equipped with a mold release agent, it will significantly aid in extracting the plaster part from the mold. Once cured, use a knife to separate the two halves along the open end, then carefully lift and remove the completed tile from the second half. This design should also print flawlessly on an FDM printer with a 0.2mm nozzle due to its wide mortar lines of 0.4mm.
