Printable scale wheels are available for the 1800 mm ESM P-51B and P-51D models, each scaled at 1/6.26, matching the ESM model's proportions. These can be easily resized to fit other planes by adjusting bolt sizes accordingly. Assembly requires four M3x20 mm bolts per main wheel, which should be tightened firmly in place with CA glue for the tail wheel. To create realistic tires, print four tire halves from your preferred TPE material and join them together using Plasti dip liquid tape or a suitable adhesive. A soldering iron is necessary to weld the edge of each tire half securely. Several other printable parts are available, including Wedge02, designed specifically for Hobbyking's 90° heavy duty retracts; Door01, Door02, and Door03, which provide wheel doors and retract covers; and Door04, a mount point for door links on Robostrut 672 legs. Tailgear02 offers a scale tail gear leg for Hobbyking metal tail retracts. For optimal fit, large inner wheel doors must be heat formed after printing to match the curvature of the wing. This process requires practice, as attempting to print them with the correct curve would necessitate extensive support material removal.
