This is a shield you should definitely recognize. I couldn't find one good enough, so I designed my own. It prints in 11 separate pieces made of ABS, which are then bonded together using Acetone. In an attempt to boost my 3D printing community reputation, I'm offering it to you now. Enjoy the ride! (edit) Someone pointed out that my scaling is way too small on these models and I didn't explain what to scale up to. That was pure laziness on my part, and if I can overcome that flaw, I'll fix these designs correctly someday. For now, these shields are designed so that the middle piece will be 8 inches by 8 inches on the long ends. In Simplify3D, you'll need to scale it up around 97,000%. Then just apply the same scaling percentage to all the shield base pieces. The handle is already at the right size.
