Scale Load Cell Holders

Scale Load Cell Holders

thingiverse

I bought some load cells from China and designed these enclosures to house them. After thoroughly testing, they proved unreliable for my needs. Perhaps you'll have better results. If you've already purchased some, you can print out these designs and experiment with them before disposing of the entire setup. These sensors fluctuate significantly in response to minor temperature changes. Even after calibration, a graph plotted against a known 29lbs weight consistently displayed incorrect readings. There's an obvious correlation between temperature and weight as shown on the accompanying graph. Applying some basic math might resolve this issue. If anyone achieves success with these load cells, please share your findings.
