This is a scale model of a Chep pallet, featuring an exact ratio of 1:16.667 when printed. To minimize support material requirements, it was designed in two separate pieces. The example shown here was printed using Hatchbox wood filament at a layer height of 0.1mm and 100% infill. After printing, the sides and top were carefully painted with blue acrylic paint, followed by a gentle sanding to smooth out the surface.
