1/10th trailer design fits 1/10th RC touring cars and small RC crawlers perfectly. Tray dimensions are 211 x 486mm, ideal for printing on standard Prusa MK2/MK3 or larger beds, with the biggest part being 235 x 209mm. The kit includes a framing kit, two parts rims with hubs, wheel guards, cantilever arm, leaf spring system, light holder and covers for 5mm LEDs, Wyllis style hook, and more. You'll need to provide M4 thread rods, 8mm axle housing pipes, wood boards or alternative floor materials, M3 and M2 bolts, eight MR104 bearings (4x10x4mm), a 6mm drill bit stopper, and tires with 48mm rims. I used RC boat spares to create the trailer, including two propeller shafts with their housing as wheel axles. You can replicate this using 8mm OD pipe and 4 mm thread rods, requiring a sleeve to hold the rod in place. The axle housing is 259mm long, while the shaft length is 274mm. The standby wheel and its fork come from an old K7 tape player, which I re-drew for printing. I used RC boat prop shafts and housing as axles this time, with a M3 thread rod and a propeller drive dog on top of the assembly. The Handle wheel stand gets glued onto this dog. You'll need a 6mm drill bit stopper as a collet to lock the wheel stand up or down, which should be 8mm high. A M5 bolt serves as a grub screw, with the screw head tapped and drilled for a handle. I employed slotted aluminum extrusions for more fastening points along the wheel track, using yellow anchor points from local hardware stores as frame hangers. The printable hook can be made from 4mm welding rod or PLA, but ensure it's not used at full throttle! Please post your project and give it a like if you find it helpful. Many thanks for your support! EDIT 31/07/19: Revised parts file Axle lower mount V2 (x4) and Suspension spring V2 (x4). The springs are now slightly shorter and more curved, allowing the suspension tandem link to run smoother. I removed the Wheel guard part and replaced it with symmetrical Wheel guard right and Wheel guard left, which have their center mounting hole positioned correctly.
