Scalar - Strong Jaws System

This is an upgrade for the X and Z axis of Scalar 3D printers. It's called Strong Jaws System as the whole system is based around two jaws with sixteen bearings each. The use of smooth rods for the Z Axis is removed, and we re-use the Z axis 3030 extrusion profile instead.
