Purpose: This 200W PSU bloc cover is a plastic part designed specifically for your power supply unit. Based on the S-200-12 model, this cover has been created to fit your needs. We're making a significant change by switching our Heatbeds to 220V versions. This upgrade offers improved performance and reduced power consumption. Here's what you can expect from each bed: The Scalar M (300x220mm) will now use a 400W, 220V heatbed that can reach 110°C in just two minutes. Meanwhile, the Scalar XL (435x320mm) will feature a 700W, 220V heatbed capable of heating to 110°C in three minutes. By making this change, we're able to significantly reduce the power requirements on the Power supply side. This means you can now use a more efficient 200W PSU instead of the previous 360W model. With the new PSU, you'll still be able to provide enough power for two extruders and two hotends while maintaining flexibility for future extensions. The outside dimensions of the PSU are 200x110x50mm. Needed Parts: To complete the PSU Box, you'll need the following components: IEC 320 Connector with fuse (available at http://3dmodularsystems.com/en/electronic/71-iec320-c14-power-supply-plug-with-red-light-rocket-switch-and-fuse-holder.html) M3x6mm for thermoplastic M3x8mm for metal 5x20mm Fuse (1A) 15 cm 2.5mm² Red wire (for the casing from the connector to the PSU) 15 cm 2.5mm² Black wire (for the casing from the connector to the PSU) 15 cm 2.5mm² Yellow/Green wire (for the casing from the connector to the PSU) 2 Meters 2.5mm² Black wires (for the PSU to your Ramps or other electronics) 2 Meters 2.5mm² Red wires (for the PSU to your Ramps or other electronics) Assembly: The metal screw will be attached to the side of the PSU, while the thermoplastic part will go at the bottom. The metal insert might not have threads, so you'll use the thermoplastic shape of the screw to attach the bottom part of the box to the PSU itself. With the 200W PSU model, there are limited ways to attach the front casing, but the two chosen screw holes should be enough to keep it in place.
