This versatile PV Solar Breaker Box is designed to accommodate a standalone 100A breaker for connection between the solar battery bank and AC Inverter. It's meant for indoor use only and isn't sealed or waterproof. The accompanying OpenScad file allows you to customize it to your needs by editing variables at the top of the file. OpenScad generates a warning about the case body not being manifold, but this is just a normal issue due to power cable holes on the side of the box. The project prints without issues, and you can safely ignore the warning. Make sure to download the Write.scad files since this project prints text on the breaker guard, which are included with the project or available online at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16193.
