This is my Extruder V2 for Scalable CoreXY: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1829772. I built it using PETG for the handle and natural PLA for the body, making it slightly wider than NEMA 17 to allow for potential future design changes, such as reversing the 2020 mount direction if needed. The same 11mm gear, bearing, and spring from MK7/8 are used in this extruder, which came with my HICTOP printer. For mounting to a NEMA 17 motor, I use three M3x5mm bolts and one M3x25mm bolt. One M4x16mm bolt and nut (an inch equivalent that was lying around) secure the bearing to the handle.
