This print provides a tennis ball to be added for weight when the water is expended after launching and the fins keep it flying straight. A ring at the bottom holds one end of the rubber bands and the other end on the fins. The bands also provide some flexibility. The raises inside the cone are for matching up with the indention's in the bottom of the bottle. The ring prints inside the cone.
