I designed this geiger tube enclosure SBM-20 to be easy and quick to print, in just two pieces! I made a single print, the design can certainly be improved, but even in its current state, I find it to be very solid. If there are any improvements, I'll update the design; if you have suggestions, contact me - I'd be truly happy! I hope these photos are explanatory enough. Since I couldn't find a suitable connector for connecting the probe to the cable (RG58), I thought of wrapping the wire around the poles and blocking it with some adhesive tape. This solution seems to guarantee good solidity and is probably the most immediate and economical. All screws are M3 with conical heads, in my case they're brass, and can be screwed directly into the existing seats. The screws need to be long enough to provide a secure grip. For securing the cable more safely, I recommend using cyanacrylate glue. WARNING! The material and geometries certainly influence the functioning of the probe. WARNING! I do not take any responsibility for damage to people and animals. Unaware use can cause serious damage and I strongly advise against using these items if you are not fully aware of what you are doing. Please note that this publication is for educational / informational use only. Thanks!!
