Sbirolino Float

Sbirolino Float

thingiverse

I wanted to go trout fishing, so I created this float that sinks just right for the job - it's also known as "Sbirolino Pose". The fishing line runs through it, and it barely gets wet. Thanks to its unique shape, it's effortless to cast and maneuver in a current. At one end, there's a recessed M8 thread with room for two M8 nuts. These are the weights that get added (depending on your infill settings) since the printed float isn't heavy enough on its own. Print this design in PETG - it needs to withstand sun and water exposure while still being fairly strong yet flexible, so it can flex a bit during casting.
