SBBB bluetooth speaker

It's a Small Box with Big Bass ======================= (at least that's what i want it to be...) https://youtu.be/05p6EjRsf4E Note : the microphone of the camera really doesn't do justice to the sound :-/ Features : ------------ - True extra bass sound system with Xtra Long Pass (© XLP) passive radiator, doesn't sound as cool as it's name but not bad either - class D amp between 10-15w rms - 2x 18650 battery (should get 10 hours at reasonable level) What you have to put inside : ------------------------------------ - SQ 251 4ohms speaker https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4000540507550.html - passive radiator 40*70 https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4001014691399.html - pam8610 with integrated bluetooth https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32732590506.html - dc step up that could handle 2A or more from ~4V input to 15V output The one in picture is pretty decent - some capacitor to smooth current spike (I put 2200 + 3300 /25V at the amplifier voltage input and 2200 10V at the step-up input) - one power button, one Led with it's resistor and 3 push button - a USB plug, I put one diode (1n4004) on it to charge the li-ion - 2x 18650 lion in parallel (you could go with only one if you want) - some screws - soldier skill and a creative mind, this is not a ready to assemble kit, for example you have to figure out where to drill Some hints : ---------------- - print with at least 50 % infill or more to make the box sturdy - Glue everything inside before the last closing to avoid any rattle - add some light foam or glass wool - Make the box as watertight as possible to improve bass (I put some tire tube on the back but you should better glue it all or "PLA solder" it) - glue the border of the passive radiator - do the wiring in order to be able to charge it even when it's off. The power button should be on the li-ion to be sure that when it's off nothing discharge the li-ion Listening test : ------------------- - It's definitively louder than my JBL go2 which was the goal ! - I find it pretty descent with correct bass response. Note that the one in picture is a prototype with different speaker The original solidworks files are here, feels free to mods as you want ! I only demand some pictures of your creations ^^
